fun with the cousins

we have had a week full of nieces and a nephew. it was a lot of fun. the kids loved having their cousins over. wednesday & thursday we had our twin nieces, k & a, visiting. of course, a is the one who successfully pulled my son's tooth out. the sandbox in our backyard is always a big hit with kids.

lightsaber fighting - of course

my son was very excited because my niece, a - another "a", had an ipod touch. she had an app on the ipod touch that played star wars music. my son asked her to make a video with him. they would lightsaber fight to the music on her ipod touch, meanwhile i would shoot the video.

my niece, a and i were able to spend the evening together. we ate at pei wei - her choice not at all influenced by me! : ) we also went to the movies and watched julie & julia. she really wanted to see it. i did not. however, i did enjoy the movie - it was cute. she went to visit her dad the next morning and her brother, a - yes, another "a", came to visit for the afternoon.
