back to school party

my friend, mrs. h, invited us to a back to school party. she has several friends who homeschool their children. mrs. h believes even though our kids are homeschooled they shouldn't miss out on parties. she has thrown a valentine's day and easter party too. she is a great hostess.



i believe there were 16 children. mrs. h had games and crafts planned. the kids made shrinky dinks - do you remember those? even some of the adults made some.

mrs. h gave each child a certificate. they were cute. she had a certificate for who learned to ride their bicycle without training wheels, who learned how to swim, who read the most nancy drew books, who had been been to the highest point, who had traveled the farthest, and who had jumped in a pool by themselves.
