i went to a coupon seminar last night (thanks for hosting, k!)

that's right.

a coupon seminar.

a woman who knows everything about coupons - she's one of those who purchases $180 worth of items for only $30. she taught the class for free. it's her ministry. there were several reasons i liked her. first, she is a strong christian. she ethical and honest. second, she has a blog. it's www.simplesavingsavvy.com. third, she lives right here in the metro so all of her ads and savings, you will be able to find. she doesn't have deals for krogers or some other chain we do not have in the metro. lastly, although you have to clip the coupons, she does a lot of the strategizing for you on her blog. she tells you about the deals and how to get that $25 worth of covergirl make-up for sell at cvs for free (yeah you read that right!). lastly, she donates much of the free stuff she receives. she is not couponing only to save her money. she is being a good steward with God has blessed her with.
