completely random

This is a completely random post.

I broke my broke my favorite spatula last week. Right in half. Annoying. Now all I have is a floppy spatula. It's not easy making things you have to flip with floppy spatulas. I will need to find a new one cheap. Anyone have a coupon for that? :)

The officer and my daughter are on a surprise daddy/daughter day today. We went to homeschool group this morning. When we got home, the officer was home. He just told my daughter to get her things together so they could to up by the grandma & papa's house. Since she won't be reading this before, well for a couple of years, I can tell you what they are doing. The officer is buying her a dirtbike. He worked extra escorts and found a little Honda 50. She enjoys it just as much as her brother.

A daddy/daughter day means a mom/son day. Of course his mom/son day won't be as cool. He has to still do school. However, tonight I am going to take him to POPS. I purchased a deal from one of those daily deal sites and we will use it tonight. We did have to get a little Lego playing in before school though.

I was going to show you these next two pictures. Last week I went to a consignment sale. I got a couple of dresses and skirts for my daughter. It's getting harder and harder to find her cute, age appropriate, modest clothes. I'm sure it's nothing like it will be in about 10 years. I told my daughter to tell me when she found something she likes. This is what she picked out.

Tie dye. With hearts. And a big flower.

And since I purchase the clothes and she still doesn't quite care or insist on picking out her clothes, I purchased the dress below. Boring I know, but cute.
