X marks the spot

My daughter and I were driving home last night. My daughter was staring at the clouds out her window. She saw the contrails (yeah, I had to look up for correct name) left behind from airplanes in the sky.

She said, "X marks the spot."

"What does "X" mark?", I asked.

She simply replied, "Where God is."

I asked her, "What is God doing right now."

"He's watching over me, making sure we don't get in a car accident."

I'm not sure if she was making a comment about my driving. I'm going to choose to believe she was just making an observation about God watching out for her.

She pulled her other front tooth out today. Brother promised her a dime if she did it. I'm calling her my little Jack-O-Lantern.

What a cute little jack-o-lantern!

I love how kids feel about God. It's just pure and sweet!
