you probably already know that today was my birthday. i went out to eat tonight to pei wei.

i love their teriyaki chicken and lettuce wraps. my kids love their honey seared chicken. when i ordered their drinks, i noticed something was in their cups.

i've eaten at pei wei with my kids before and i've never gotten these. i didn't know what it was. when i opened the package, this is what it looked like. my daughter's was orange and my son's was blue.

they are called fun chops. they hold your chopsticks at the top so your child can grip the chopsticks at the bottom and eat with them. they are so cute!!!

my daughter's birthday party this year will be korean themed. she is going to have kimbobs - one her mommy's and her favorite food.

i asked our waiter if the fun chops could be purchased. he said he didn't know, but he would check. when he came back, he said it would be 25 cents. i said, "i'll take 20!!!" however when he came back to the table, he gave me this:

a box of 20 fun chops for free. they come in an assortment of colors. they will go in the chinese boxes for party favors! isn't that awesome?????!!!!!!
